1 package refrigerated mini phyllo shells (about 30 shells)
1/4 cup ranch dressing Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
1. Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.2. Season the Meat: Stir in the taco seasoning and diced tomatoes with green chiles (including the liquid). Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens slightly.3. Prepare the Shells: Arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).4. Assemble the Bites:Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture into each shell.
