2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1 cup sweetened condensed milk1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. If using, fold in the chopped nuts. Mix until everything is well combined and forms a thick, sticky dough.Form Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to set.Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white or semi-sweet chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.Dip Balls: Using a fork or toothpick, dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
